All returns have to be pre-authorised by our Returns Department. Returns are allowable for goods that become faulty within the period of warranty. The buyer is responsible for the cost of carriage to us. We will pay for the cost of carriage back to you.
Please note: it is often more efficient to utilise the manufacturer's warranty and deal with them directly. Please complete and return any warranty registration cards that are supplied with your goods.
Any goods returned and found not to be faulty will be the subject of a labour charge commensurate with the length of time taken to test the goods.
Goods that are not faulty may be returned but will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee prior to any refund being issued. Non-faulty returns must be in original condition and unopened. No refund will be given for goods that have been opened / part-used / incomplete.
